Ai To Do List is a local-first task manager. It has no account, task database, or application backend. This policy explains what stays in your browser, what you choose to send to service providers, and how to remove it.

Local task storage and sync

Tasks, task descriptions, dates, projects, source links, and the active focus timer are stored locally in your browser. The Chrome extension uses chrome.storage.local. Without the extension, the website uses localStorage for this site.

When the extension is installed, saydoit.xyz can exchange task operations with that extension inside the same Chrome profile. The extension’s local task store becomes the source of truth, so edits made on the site and in the extension appear in both. These task messages remain inside the browser and are not sent to an application server. This is same-browser sync; it does not sync between devices or different browser profiles.

Information you choose to process

Voice capture: when you start voice processing, the recording is sent directly from your browser to Soniox using the API key included in the build. Ai To Do List requests deletion of the uploaded audio and transcription job after processing succeeds or fails while the page remains open.
Task interpretation: the transcript and the task context needed to understand an edit, delete, or focus instruction are sent directly to DeepSeek using the API key included in the build. Validated new tasks are saved automatically. Changes to existing tasks, deletions, and focus commands are shown for your confirmation.
Webpage capture: a page title, selected text, and URL are read only when you explicitly use an Ai To Do List capture action. They are saved as a local task.
Provider credentials: Soniox and DeepSeek API credentials may be compiled into the website and extension. They are not collected from you or stored in your browser settings. Because Ai To Do List has no backend, credentials in a client build can be inspected by a technically capable user. They are sent only to the provider they authenticate.

Your use of those services is also governed by the Soniox privacy policy and the DeepSeek privacy policy.

Optional usage analytics

A build may enable direct Google Analytics 4 event reporting. To Do List respects the browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Approved events contain a random local identifier and limited product metadata such as the app surface, task source, recurrence flag, or focus duration. The Chrome landing page can report a visit and a click to the extension store, including the button's position on the page. These clicks do not identify an installation. Events do not contain task titles or descriptions, task IDs, source URLs, recordings, transcripts, workspace names, raw errors, or provider API keys. Google receives ordinary connection data, such as your IP address, when an analytics request is made.

Enabling Do Not Track prevents future events from Ai To Do List. It does not remove events previously sent to Google. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Website delivery logs

The infrastructure that serves saydoit.xyz may temporarily record standard technical request data, such as IP address, browser user agent, requested path, response status, and time. These operational logs are used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. They do not include your locally stored tasks or API keys.

Sharing, sale, and advertising

Ai To Do List does not sell personal data or task data and does not use it for personalized advertising, credit decisions, or data brokerage. Data is sent to Soniox, DeepSeek, or Google only for the features described above and only when the relevant feature is used and enabled.

Ai To Do List’s use and transfer of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your controls and deletion

Edit or delete individual tasks in Ai To Do List.
Remove extension data by uninstalling Ai To Do List or clearing the extension’s storage in Chrome.
Remove standalone website data through your browser’s site-data controls for saydoit.xyz.

For information already sent to Soniox, DeepSeek, or Google, use that provider’s privacy controls and policies.
